The background glass in this 5.5" x 5.5" shallow dish is all hand painted and kiln fired. The top clear has a transparent motif of bamboo stalks done in transparent green powdered glass and a fine black outline done with a quill pen. This transparent effect allows hints of the background to show through and to cast shadows with the thickness of the glass layer. Original art is shipped USPS Priority Mail only.
