Virtual courses, webinars, and events are one attendee per registrant. There is limited seating in virtual courses, webinars, and continued education events. Full descriptions of the requirements on the student part are included in the details and therefore there are no refunds or cancellations. 

ZOOM 'meeting' events and LIVE classes require the registrant have a webcam and audio. Those logging in without webcam and audio will be removed from the meeting(s) and will not be refunded as this is fully explained and detailed in the event information. These events are socially interactive with discussion as groups.

Glass or traditional original art is final sale. No returns or exchanges unless damaged in shipping. Original art is shipped Priority Mail with signature required.
