Educational materials are for personal use only and may not be redistributed. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on educational materials. There are full descriptions included on what each includes and what you are purchasing. On PDF download tutorials there is an expiration date on the live link to download. It is the purchasers responsibility to be proactive and download before the expiration.
Virtual Courses/Webinars/Continued Education Meeting Events
Virtual courses, webinars, and events are one attendee per registrant. There is limited seating in virtual courses, webinars, and continued education events. Full descriptions of the requirements on the student part are included in the details and therefore there are no refunds or cancellations.
ZOOM 'meeting' events and LIVE classes require the registrant have a webcam and audio. Those logging in without webcam and audio will be removed from the meeting(s) and will not be refunded as this is fully explained and detailed in the event information. These events are socially interactive with discussion as groups.
Shipping and Handling
All physical products are shipped USPS Priority Mail for insurance and tracking. Shipping and Handling is not just the postal cost, there is cost for the packing materials and supplies, labels, etc. that are in this charge. Your location dictates the shipping charges. Should there be a difference in what the shopping cart estimates on shipping that portion is refunded to you at the time I print the label and have the actual time cost.
Refunds
Should there be any refunds of any kind it is LESS the PayPal transaction fees as these are not refunded to the merchant.
Sales and Promotions
There are no rainchecks or price adjustments for previous purchases on any items that may go on sale or special promotion.
Original Art Purchases
Glass or traditional original art is final sale. No returns or exchanges unless damaged in shipping. Original art is shipped Priority Mail with signature required.
