Important information to know before you register for a webinar.
When you register for a webinar ZOOM sends you a confirmation immediately to the email address you used to register. SAVE the email! That has your access information to the live webinar. Check your spam folder if it does not come to your inbox. Reminder emails are sent out one week and one day before the live event automatically from ZOOM.
Please note: Once registered you may not cancel your seat in the webinar, there are no refunds. If you are unable to attend at the last minute, the replay link and documentation is emailed after the event.
In order to have a successful learning experience, you must be able to operate your computer or device to download files from links provided to you after the webinar event. This is the users responsibility to know your operating system and how it functions, and basic skills.
All handouts and replay links will be emailed to registrants after the live event airs and ZOOM has processed the video file for sharing. The link expires 7 days after the webinar airs. It is the responsibility of the registrants to access and download the video file in a timely manner. Replay video is not provided after the expiration. The link is not a storage for the webinar video - it is for you to download the video.
Your registration email is where these documents and links will be sent - so check your SPAM folder if they do not arrive to your inbox.
Avoid using company email extensions to register. Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, SBC Global, or other standard email servers are preferred to register. Company or website emails may not provide you confirmations and link emails from ZOOM.
