6" x 6" shallow square dish. This wild cat eye is done using reactive glass - Petrified Wood, French Vanilla, and Robins Egg Blue shards and pieces to create the pattern on a background glass layer of French Vanilla. The chemical make up of these glasses reacte when fired creating sublte halos around the individual pieces. Each piece is carefully and temporarily glued in place and the voids were backfilled with clear medium frit (crushed glass) to provide a fairly level full fuse firing.
