This recipe book is a compilation of recipes that I had in my bakery - The Baker's Man, with the most popular cookies that were offered, and other baked items that I have made when hosting in person classes in my home studio.
Due to the high cost of full color printing this is an eBook/PDF with interactive features of clicking on the arrows moving from page to page, and back to the Table of Contents (TOC).
I did create and include measuring equivalent guides, ingredient substitution guide that I use often when out of an ingredient, and there are some helpful tips throughout the book.
Also included in the recipe book are several soups that I make on a regular basis and a few recipes I developed to serve at Patrick's and my Holiday Wine and Dessert parties.
While nearly all of the recipes include a photograph of the finished item, there are not step by step photos for the recipes but rather easy to follow instructions - it is a recipe book, not a photographed step by step illustrative learning to cook and bake. I don't see the need to photograph and include how to crack and egg, or use a saucepan! Common sense and previous experience required! LMBO.
